Shahi Namkeen Tukde Recipe

Here I was experimenting with my culinary skills
I thought of a new recipe from chapaties/Roties, you can use stale chapaties too because once they are cooked nobody likes to eat them in the next morning

So ingredients required are
1) Oil/Refined oil- two Spoons
2)Garam Masala – 1tps
3) chilly powder – according to the taste
4) Turmeric powder -1tps
5) Garlic Onion paste – two big spoons
6) Salt- According to taste
7) coriander Powder- 1spoon
8) Crumps of Chapaties
9) chopped vegetables
10)Cumin seeds

Procedure:-
Convert the chapaties it to medium sized crumps. Reminder* -don’t make the crumps too small.
Further,
Take a pan split 2 spoons oil on it,
Add 1 tps cumin seeds
Wait untill they turn brown then add Garlic Onion powder. Along with it, add all the Masala, such as Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, Chilly powder and salt.
Roast the whole paste untill masala leaves it’s generic smell and turn brown. Finally, add the crumps and the chopped vegetables and 2 cups of water to boil the vegetables.

Let the recipe cook for 10 minutes more. then, you can serve shahi Namkeen tukde by splitting lemon Juince on the top.

It taste great, go go try👸✨🤤🤤img_20200406_112451-1
